Franske ITC-2000 PC Disassembly Lab

In this lab students will work with partners to disassemble and reassemble a personal computer.

Test computer operation
Remove all parts from computer case (power supply, expansion cards, motherboard, CPU, RAM, hard drive, floppy drive, CD/DVD Drive, etc.)
Show your instructor the disassembled components
Reassemble computer
BEFORE PLUGGING IN THE SYSTEM ask your instructor to check your work
Test computer operation
Enter the system BIOS
Explore system BIOS. Make a special note of how the boot device priority is set on the system.
Power off your system and return all tools and materials to the proper place.
