Xmodem is used for transfering files in a terminal program.

Step 1.

Hit the break command as the router is loading it's image file (usually CTRL-C).

Step 2.

Once in ROMmon, type in the following commands:
rommon 1> xmodem -c filename
Enter

Step 3.

Do not start the sending program yet...

program load complete, entry point: 0x8000f000, size: 0xcb80
